Don't Just Read About it, Do it

When I was checking the blog's statistics a few days ago. I saw that I was getting some hits from a blog that was new to me. Always curious to see who is being generous enough to put a link to my blog on their blog, I went over to sweetmango (wonderful name!) to see what it was about.

It's a rare combination of skillful writing and great artwork. The entry for the day was "Dear Diary." Instead of me telling you how well it was written and how it showed how skillful use of the teachings can really change our lives, I suggest you read Dear Diary yourself.

And for a treat, check out the artwork at sweetmangoart.

You are too kind :). Many times after reading your entries I have spent the day with a smile on my face and today you have made me smile again.
I believe that by sharing our experiences in life with absolute honesty and integrity we allow two things to happen,

1/ We grow by viewing our own life stories from a different perspective, it allows us to see who we really are and then decide who we really want to be, therefore allowing us the opportunity to break out of our past patterns.
2/ It allows others to give themselves permission to accept past choices and create the intention to make different choices in their future.
Thank you for my smile. :)
